Self believe automatically drives you to the path of confidence where you are full of enthusiasm and passion, where there is no place for fears and doubt. Improve Your Self Awareness!
Whenever your mind throws you any doubt for a particular task, ask why? Go to the root cause of the doubts coming to your mind. If you feel like I can’t do this, then think why? Why is a task hard for you, or you have fears carrying it out? There definitely must be a solution to all the doubts you have.
For example, if you are given a presentation, you may don’t know how to make it on multimedia, or you may have a fear of facing the public. All these doubts could be resolved if you undergo a training session for all of your weak points. Getting command over your fears will give you instant confidence to carry out whatever is provided to you.
Stop Looking for Others Authentications!
The people around us often turn out to be a blessing in terms of the advice they give. But other times, their thoughts are simply a way to increase your self doubts and nothing else. Their questions such as, oh, you’re sure you can do this? I don’t think so this would be appropriate for you and more similar thoughts.
If you fall for their thoughts, you’ll be prone to think their way. You don’t need to consider what others are thinking about you. You don’t need validation from others. Don’t change yourself upon others’ advice. Advice as far as beneficial for you are ok, but those increasing your doubts for yourself should never be given a damn to! Follow your path. Be who you are and have faith in yourself. This will surely increase your self confidence.
You are doubtful about a piece of the task; you have fears regarding it, so you choose to avoid it, right?
Well, this is a common practice among many of us and is absolutely devastating! You can’t be confident until and unless you face what’s bothering you. Your doubts have to be addressed by you and you only. You have to step out of your comfort zone.
Procrastinating your fears and uncertainties will always lead you to think that you are incapable of doing a task or couldn’t carry out a situation efficiently. This thought will always de-motivate you towards your work, which will ultimately cause a massive decrease in your confidence, making you vulnerable. Face it, overcome your doubts.
You’ll see that the thought of ‘I can’t do this’ was just a thought. All your fears will come out to be wrong. You’ll see how some courage will do the needful for you, filling you up with self-confidence.

Over-Thinking Brings Destruction!
If you are about to do something, don’t overanalyze the situation. Don’t think of that matter over and over again, because this re-thinking process will bring you hesitation resulting in a bunch of self doubts.
Over-thinking deteriorates your thought process, bringing you towards a downbeat. Have faith in yourself, and be an optimist. This will surely help you avoid self doubts.
Do you see it? How this self doubt could destroy you inside out! It builds a height of fear in your mind that disables you from doing a particular task. You hide from facing the scenario and ultimately stand with zero confidence level. Do what you’re most passionate about; your success will bring a sense of joy and motivation.
Don’t listen to what negative people have to say. Listen to your inner heart, how do you see yourself in the future, what do you want to be. Fight for your aims; these aims will trigger you to fight your doubts. Do what scares you, and you will get rid of the fear. Once your self doubt is treated, and then automatically, you’ll be promoted to a confidence level where all you could see is clarity!
