Simply accept your life and present circumstances as they are. Work to improve, but don’t overkill. This will surely give you inner peace of mind and general calm. As you begin to see signs of recovery, don’t pour your new energy to work relentlessly with an overreacting attitude. Take things easy till you get to your usual tempo.
